Collaboration is the real asset in today's world.
Collaboration has the power to turn the world as we know it today upside down. It is way more than just a way of working together, as a team supported by technology. Collaboration can replace the dominant pattern of competition in our economy and society. This is why I am so keen on developing Collaboration1st solutions and systems.

You are every day surrounded by collaboration, even if you don't realize it. Imagine you sit in a car approaching a busy roundabout. There is just one simple rule that allows the group to coordinate itself. And as everyone shares the goal to leave the roundabout healthy and quickly, collaboration is taking place like magic.

COLLABORATION IN DIFFERENT AREAS & OF DIFFERENT COMPLEXITY.
Humans are well known for not willing adapting to changes. But this is a fairy tale too many people believe in. In reality, human behavior, or at least the part of their behavior that is not predetermined by DNA, is a matter of context. Means, if change the context, behavior follows under the condition, that the people have a free choice.
Concluded this means, if we want a collaboration1st world we need to redesign the following contexts in which the desired behavior is supposed to change.
HOW TO BUILD COLLABORATION
Collaboration only differs slightly in different contexts. The root of collaboration is in nurturing strong relationships, based on trust, depth and longevity.
